"My name is Binny. I am 23 years old. I was a school dropout when I came to Hyderabad in search of a job. A drunk father cared little for my family. My illiterate mother’s woes multiplied with the family neck-deep in bankruptcy.

I had some education but not enough to get a good job. Then I met some friends who led me to Immanuel Computer Institute run by AIM ASIA. I couldn’t believe I didn’t have to pay a penny for my computer Education here.

I went through the training for one year, and earned a Diploma in Computer Application and Desktop Publishing. Soon after this, I got a nice job with good earning. Now I am able to support my family financially.

Binny is just one of the hundreds of unemployed youth who have been helped into a career through our computer academy in Hyderabad. This training institute established in 1999 offers various job-oriented courses to lead the poor, unemployed youth into the mainstream of the society.

Empowering Women

AIM ASIA runs sewing centers for the women in the slums. After 12 months of training in sewing and embroidery, the students are awarded a diploma.

These centers have trained hundreds of unemployed, slum women. Some of them have been able to run small businesses at home while others have found employment.

There is a huge need for sewing machines for the trainees to work independently and earn a living on their own after they graduate. You can help us buy a sewing machine for $60.
